Refund policy
At PulseGear, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at ac.lavine@yahoo.com to arrange an exchange.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items such as opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
